Baseball is a bat-and-ball game played between two opposing teams who take turns batting and fielding. The game proceeds when a player on the fielding team, called the pitcher, throws a ball which a player on the batting team tries to hit with a bat.

The objective of the offensive team (batting team) is to hit the ball into the field of play, allowing its players to run the bases, having them advance counter-clockwise around four bases to score what are called “runs”

The objective of the defensive team (fielding team) is to prevent batters from becoming runners, and to prevent runners’ advance around the bases.

A run is scored when a runner legally advances around the bases in order and touches home plate (the place where the player started as a batter). and the team that scores the most runs by the end of the game is the winner.

History of Baseball:

The United States is credited with developing several popular sports, including some (such as baseball, american football, and basketball) that have large fan bases and, to varying degrees, have been adopted internationally. But baseball, despite the spread of the game throughout the globe and the growing influence of Asian and Latin American leagues and players, is the sport that Americans still recognize as their “national pastime.

The game has long been kintted into the fabric of American life and identity.

It’s our game,” exclaimed the poet Walt Whitman more than a century ago, “that’s the chief fact in connection with it: America’s game.” He went on to explain that baseball

Perhaps Whitman exaggerated baseball’s importance to and its congruency with life in the United States, but few would argue the contrary.

Baseball has been merely a simple or an occasional diversion.

What is the tools in Baseball game?

1- Speed:

Speed is one of the more underrated skills to have in baseball. It’s always the home runs and fancy web-gems that get all the glory, but when you’ve got a speedy runner on the base paths, they can affect the outcome of the game in 100 different ways.

2- Arm Strength:

like speed, arm strength is another often overlooked tool in a baseball player’s arsenal. As a position player, you may think that your arm strength “is what it is”. So long as your throws are accurate, you don’t give much extra thought into improving your velocity. So having a strong arm can be the difference between gunning a runner down from the hole at shortstop, or letting another infield hit extend the inning.

3- Fielding AbilityL:

Fielding your position well is KEY to having success on the baseball field, and being on a team that wins.Let’s not forget that baseball is a team sport. So often, when writing about improving one’s baseball skills,  also it can become easy to forget that you are just one of nine guys on the field pulling for the same goal. and you have to do your job, so that everyone else can do theirs.

4- Hitting for Average:

in baseball means that you are doing a few things right. Things like:

Hitting the ball hard
Making contact often (not striking out)
Hitting the ball on a line
Using the whole field

5- Hitting for Power:

The one you’ve been waiting for, right? I can’t say I blame you. Homeruns are sexy.also  Power hitters get all the love (and media coverage). Personally, I’ve never hit for much power, and man, does it bother me sometimes.
